Choucoune ships throughout the United States.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Delivery estimates begin once an order has been shipped and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries.

- Expedited International Shipping: 5–10 business days

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate before completing their purchase.
Choucoune is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
While Choucoune is not responsible for carrier-related delivery issues once a package has been shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in filing claims with the shipping carrier.
